About the Designer
KATE LOWER is a pattern designer living in Brooklyn, NY. Her bold shapes, organized florals and bright colors are the foundation of her signature style, which lends itself to a wide variety of applications. Kate gathers inspiration while traveling the globe with her husband and two children, and delights in helping to make the world a brighter place through color and design.
Project Inspiration
One of my favorite beginner quilts, and a great option for a charity quilt, is the Rail Fence Baby Quilt. It comes together quickly using just 8 fat quarters, making it a perfect project for a coordinated fat quarter bundle.
