About the Collection
Book Club celebrates bookishness and the wonders that grow from our minds when fed with a good read. Inspired by quiet garden reading corners, vintage library stamps, book club friends, and the dreamy feeling of falling deep into a story, page turn after page turn.
About the Designer
Meenal Patel is an artist, illustrator, designer, and children’s book author who is inspired by moments of childhood wonder, details in nature, and the strength of community. Patches and Squares Quilt Pattern
I designed a quilt pattern and made a sample using Book Club fabrics. The soft florals paired beautifully with the clean patchwork layout.

Downstream Lap Quilt – Free Pattern by Cloud9 Fabrics
The Downstream Lap Quilt is a free pattern offered by Cloud9 Fabrics. The original sample features eight prints from the Book Club collection.
To make the quilt, you’ll need:
- ½ yard each of 8 coordinating prints
- ½ yard for binding
- 3½ yards for backing
